My name is Babatunde, Tunde or Baba for short or Bandoras, a Nigerian student currently finishing up my Doctorate.Welcome to 1morespoon, my food blog. 1morespoon was born from trying several ideas in the kitchen and liking the outcomes (not usually the case) plus the several pleas by friends for recipes. Cooking is all about experimenting in the kitchen and then repeating to see if u get the same results ( that’s the analytical engineering mind talking). I am an engineer, professional student( only for a little bit more) , part-time photographer,cook, outdoors man, Lifetime Arsenal fan and lifetime karma bank depositor (although I would like the bank to allow me withdraw).
