Good food is the only constant that will bring people together and everyone is happy. Another thing could be sports depending on who you support .What do you get when you have a discussion of pigs in a blanket amongst foodies on twitter. A very lively discussion that was started by @bakingblog, that was soon joined by a few friends. Some of us agreed to make variations of pigs in a blanket. Some tasty cylindrical shaped meat wrapped in some flaky dough, what variations could you possibly get ? @bakingblog from Evil shenanigans created some jalapeno cheddar pigs in a blanket and a new blog I found, Cozy, Delicious has three different variations to savor.

With cold and ice on the ground, I decided to use what I had in the house, some phyllo dough, some asparagus and few remaining breakfast turkey sausages.
